1. Why do I need to register as a member?


Our membership system is designed to help you easily browse and select products. By registering with some basic information, you can create a wishlist and submit it to us for further discussion.


2.What does this price include?

This price is a door-to-door retail reference price, including shipping and import taxes.



3.What is the production lead time? How soon can we receive the products, and how are they delivered?

The standard production cycle is 45 days. For urgent custom orders, please confirm with us. To make things easier for designers, we also offer door-to-door, tax-included shipping services.

Shipping times (from Shenzhen):

East Coast USA: ~45 days

West Coast USA: ~25 days

Total average lead time (from order confirmation to delivery): ~120 days

EU customers needs to handle customs clearance themselves.

Due to frequent changes in global tariffs and shipping conditions, please do not make any payments before confirming with us.



4. What payment methods do you accept?

To accommodate designers and individual buyers:

Orders under $10,000: We accept PayPal.

Orders over $10,000: We accept company wire transfer (TT) and letter of credit (LC).

Standard orders: 30% deposit, balance paid before shipment.

Custom orders: 50% deposit, balance paid before shipment.

We accept USD and offshore RMB (CNH).



5.Why do I need to provide an address when submitting a wishlist?

Our system is designed for buyers who need shipping services. If you are a professional buyer, feel free to enter a placeholder address and skip the payment process. We will contact you within 24 hours after receiving your wishlist.
